In the span of 45 days, the team and I designed, built, and launched an entirely new website. I established their brand archetypes and vision, voice and tone, and visual style guidelines to govern all external communication.
While building the new website, I developed a new social media strategy and customer response framework. This manual guides all social content we publish and the daily interactions with current (and prospective) customers.
We onboarded a new email service provider and crafted a nuanced, logic-based framework to nurture customers from first exploration through repeat purchases and subscriptions.
